Many companies still think of the candidate/employee experience and customer experience as separate things. However, that mistake could cost you valuable customers as well as talent. A study by PH Attraction found that one in four UK jobseekers either entirely stopped purchasing (12%) or purchased less (11.5%) from a brand after having had a negative candidate experience with them. For Virgin Media, in 2014, poor candidate experience cost them 4.4 million in revenue.
